Variety and Vineyard Location
Elaborated from Chenin Blanc grapes grown in the vineyards of Bodegas y Vinedos La Rural in the Department of Maipu and the Tupungato Valley, Province of Mendoza.

Harvest and Production
The grapes are hand harvested and transported to the winery in baskets in order to avoid any damage to the fruit. The production utilizes techniques of low, controlled temperature fermentation and a method of total protection from oxygen in order to conserve the harmony and fruit flavors of the grapes.
It's a fruity, young wine. In its flavor persists a youthful restlessness. Its flavor is fine, full, reminiscent of the moment of harvest when the ripe, fresh grapes are tasted.

Winemaker Notes
COLOR: Pale, greenish-yellow color.
NOSE: Fruity, intense, with pleasant floral aromas.
PALATE: Dry, fresh, gentle.
Its well balanced acidity offers the palate a friendly sensation of freshness, common to young wines.
Ideal as an aperitif, accompanying cold appetizers, seafood, foi gras, and fowl.
